What is SubTracker?
SubTracker is a beautifully designed subscription and recurring expense management tool. It helps you keep track of all your subscriptions, sends reminders before renewal, and provides intuitive charts to analyze your spending.
Will this app automatically charge me?
Absolutely not. SubTracker is solely a 'tracking' and 'reminder' tool. The app does not have any integration with banks or payment gateways. All records must be entered manually.
Is my data synced to the cloud?
Currently, no. To maximize your privacy, all subscription data is stored only locally on your current device. Uninstalling the app will result in the loss of your data.
Why didn't I receive a renewal reminder?
Please check your phone's system notification permissions for SubTracker, ensure reminders are enabled in the app's Settings, and verify that background restrictions aren't killing the app.
Is my data safe? Do you sell my data?
Your core data is extremely safe! We do not use cloud storage and do not collect any of your subscription entries. We only use Google analytics and crash reporting for app improvement.
